This is how you register a coozzy profile:
  • Go to www.coozzy.ch
  • Click on Login and then on Register.
  • Choose how you want to use coozzy: Private or Business.
  • Enter the following data: your e-mail address, your first and last name, your password once and confirm it again.
  • Decide if you want to subscribe to the coozzy newsletter.
  • Accept coozzy's privacy policy.
  • Click on Register.
  • To complete the creation of your profile, you must confirm your e-mail address.
Do you already have a coozzy profile? Then click on Login.

Note: You must be at least 18 years old to register on coozzy and open a coozzy profile.
When creating passwords, make sure that they are at least 6 characters long. Use a difficult combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, punctuation marks and special characters.

Choose a longer password consisting of several words that you can easily remember but others can’t guess.

Remember that your coozzy password should be different from the passwords of other profiles, such as your bank or e-mail account.
We ask everyone involved to use their real name on coozzy so that all users always know with whom they connect.

We prevent the use of certain names to prevent the creation of fake profiles or profiles with bad intentions.

Please excuse if your name is blocked by mistake. In this case please contact us. We are happy to help.
To fully register your profile, you must confirm that you have used your own e-mail address to create the profile.

Confirm your e-mail address by clicking or typing on the link in the e-mail you received when you registered your profile.

If you have not received this e-mail, please contact us.
If you have created a coozzy profile with your e-mail address, we have sent a confirmation link to this e-mail address

If you can't find your confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you are using Gmail, check all e-mails in the "Social Networks" folder.

Please make sure you have entered the correct e-mail address. If you entered the wrong e-mail address, try registering again.
Yes, registration is required to use coozzy.
  • Go to the coozzy homepage.
  • Click on Login at the top right of the page.
  • Click on "Forgot password".
  • Enter the e-mail address you used to register and click on "Send".
  • We will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you have registered.
The link you can use to reset your password is valid for 24 hours. If it is older than 24 hours, follow the steps above and get a new link sent to you.

The e-mail address you enter to reset, must match your coozzy profile.

If you don’t receive an e-mail, please check the e-mail address you entered. Also check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox if you haven't received a link after 15 minutes.
Make sure your profile is completed and all required documents have been uploaded.

Please also think of your profile picture and present yourself to your future landlord from your best side.

Click on your profile picture and on Create / edit application form.
Click on the advertisement. Click on "Visit". Write your message.
Please go to "Start" on the top right. On the left side under the menu item "Search", click on Search subscription.

Enter your desired data. Click on "Save selection".
Please go to "Start" on the top right. On the left side under the menu point "Search" click on Search subscription.

Click on "X" to delete the desired search subscription.
There are 2 ways to add an advertisement to your favourites list.

Enter a "city, postcode, region or canton" in the search bar at the top and click on the search button.
In the list of results, you can click on the "green star" directly on the advertisement.

The other option is to click on "Favourite" on the top right of the advertisement.

If you click on "Start", you will see the saved favourites in the favorites list under the menu point "Search".
Click on the advertisement. Click on "Apply".

Make sure your profile is completed and all required documents have been uploaded.

Please also think of your profile picture and present yourself to your future landlord from your best side.
You can click on Advertise on the top right of all coozzy pages and start directly to create an advertisement.

You can choose from these options: "Load draft", "Import advertisements" or "Create new advertisement".

You will be accompanied step by step in creating your advertisement by coozzy with useful features.
Your advertisement stays online until you deactivate it or delete it.

An advertisement will also not appear if there is a report of fraudulent content.
Advertisements are usually published on our website within 48 hours.

In some cases, we may request additional verification documents to ensure the security of your profile.

This can delay the appearance online.

If you don't see changes on the website, just do the following troubleshooting:
  • Empty cache and cookies
  • Reload your browser
To do this, please go to your profile view under the menu point Advertisements.
  • Click on "Deactivate".
  • Then click on "Deactivate advertisement and add new tenant" or "Deactivate advertisement".
You can edit coozzy advertisements as long as you have not received a request yet.

To do this, please go to your profile view under the menu point Advertisements. Click on "Edit".

After publishing your advertisement, your changes will be applied.
Please go to "Start" on the top right. On the left side under the menu point "Administration" click on Leased Objects.

Then go to "Manage object" to view and manage all details of your leased property.
Please go to "Start" on the top right. On the left side under the menu point "Administration" click on Leased Objects.

Click on "Contact tenant" on the top right of the leased property. So, you get directly in the chat and can communicate with the tenant.

Another possibility is by clicking on "Manage object". There you get to the view of the administration and you can also communicate directly with the tenant in the chat on the right side.
Under the menu point Messages you can write a new message.
You can send a message to all coozzy participants.
Under the menu point Messages you will find the latest messages on the right side.
When you click on the conversation, you can see whether a message has been read or not.

Unfortunately, there is no confirmation of receipt.
Your feedback makes coozzy even more coozzy and you and all of us even happier in the future.

Logged in:
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on "Profile"
  • Enter your old password under "Change password", then your new password and repeat the new password.
  • Then click on "Save".
Logged out:
  • Click on Login.
  • Click on "Forgot password".
  • Enter your valid e-mail address.
  • Click on "Send".
No. We can’t send you a copy of your password because we can’t see the password itself in plain text.

If you can’t remember your password, please change it.
Please change your password regularly and be careful with suspicious content.

As a recommendation, you should change your password every 90 days and use different passwords for different websites.
Coozzy never asks you for your password in e-mails or coozzy messages.
Your profile's functions may currently be limited because a computer you use to access coozzy may be infected with a virus or malware.

In this way we want to prevent your friends' profiles from being affected by this problem.

If you need to take any further steps, we will let you know. Otherwise, your profile will return to normal once we have solved the problem. This may take a few days.

Until then:

You can use coozzy, but you can’t comment posts or send friend requests.
Depending on the type of malware, you can access coozzy normally from other computers, mobile phones or tablets.
As examples, we list some content that the Coozzy AG is not permitted to contain:

Nudity or other sexually suggestive content; hate speech, credible threats or direct attacks on individuals or groups of individuals; content that indicates self-injurious behavior or excessive violence; fake profiles or fraudster profiles; spam.

If you come across anything through coozzy that violates the guidelines of Coozzy AG, please use the forms provided for this purpose.
The following behavior is not allowed on coozzy:

Posting content that does not comply with Coozzy AG guidelines (e.g. threats, hate speech or depictions of violence).

The use of coozzy for unintentional purposes, in other words to harass or hassle others or to impersonate someone else. Abuse of coozzy functions (e.g. sending contact requests to many people you don't know).

Excessive use of functions may cause other users to feel uncomfortable or insecure.

That's why we've limited the amount of functions you can use. Learn more about the coozzy restrictions in the help section.

Please also inform yourself about the guidelines of Coozzy AG.
All coozzy participants use their authentic identities.

It is against the guidelines of Coozzy AG to create more than one personal profile.

If you want to represent your company, your organization, your brand or your product on coozzy, you can use your personal profile to create or manage a page accordingly.

Please note that a personal profile is for non-commercial purposes and is an individual.

You can create an additional business page on your profile.

If you have more than one profile, contact us and we will help you.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow common profiles. In addition, you can only register one coozzy profile per e-mail address.

Since each profile belongs to a person or company, we require each party to provide their real name.

This way you always know with whom you are connecting and that all connections are authentic.
No. Coozzy is a free website and will continue to charge no fees for further use of the page.

Exception: For offerer we charge the advertising of real estate according to the price list.

On coozzy you also have the possibility to make purchases in connection with third party providers and service providers.

If you want to use coozzy on your mobile phone, please note that you are responsible for all fees related to internet use and / or sending SMS according to your mobile phone provider's terms and conditions.

Please go to "Start" on the top right. On the left side under the menu point "Administration" click on Leased Objects.
